There’s lots of fantastic new events for teenagers and young people too, with Teenage Spooks in Guildhall Square showcasing the cream of local performers and gigs by X-Factor girlband Belle Amie, The Killers of Leon and other top music acts. So get into the spooky spirit exploring haunted houses, bobbing for apples and carving pumpkins. Experience terrifying ghostbuster tours, chilling ghost stories, inventive puppet theatre and family film shows. As always, there’s fancy dress, face painting, sports and atmospheric outdoor markets to enjoy as well.

Make sure you create your wildest costume yet to join the throngs of witches, warlocks, ghouls, vampires and monsters or just enjoy the magnificently colourful floats at the world famous carnival parade on October 31st, followed by the spectacular fireworks display lighting up the night sky over the River Foyle.
