Ulster Bluegrass Music Festival

Friday 2 September - Sunday 4 September at the Ulster American Folk Park
The 20th Annual Appalachian & Bluegrass Music Festival will take place this year during the first weekend of September.

This famous festival is jam-packed with performances from some of the biggest names in bluegrass music. Uncover rhythms that will have your hands clapping, feet tapping and heart racing.
Get down to the Bluegrass Music Festival and enjoy music from some of the biggest names in bluegrass including Dailey and Vincent, The Malpass Brothers and Footworks Appalachian Clog Dancers direct from the USA.

Booking & Ticket information:

  • Booking in advance is not necessary for the afternoon Bluegrass in the Park sessions.
  • Tickets for the evening concerts will go on sale in July.

Camping information

  • Camping & Caravan Site Available: From 9am Fri 2nd to 9am to Mon 5th Sept
  • Location: Omagh Rugby Club, Beltany Road, Omagh
A regular free shuttle bus service to and from the Folk Park will be in operation. Rugby Club is 4 miles from the Folk Park and 1 mile from Omagh Town Centre.

Price includes:
  • Camping on site
  • Use of kitchens, showers and toilet facilities
  • Transfers to and from Folk Park
  • Access to Omagh Rugby Club Members Bar with post-event picking session on Friday night in the Clubhouse
  • Free admission to the post event concert on Saturday night in the Clubhouse
Shuttle service timetable:
Mini-bus from Rugby Club to Folk Park leaving on the hour, every hour.
  • Friday from 12.00pm to 11.00pm
  • Saturday from 10.00am to 11.00pm
  • Sunday from 10.00am to 7.00pm
Mini-bus from Folk Park to Rugby Club leaving on the half hour, every hour
  • Friday from 12.30pm to 12.30am
  • Saturday from10.30am to 12.30am
  • Sunday from 10.30am to 8.30pm
